Reiki is a form of energy healing—gentle, yet profoundly powerful. It may be practiced through light touch or with hands held slightly above the body, and it can also be shared at a distance.

The Reiki practitioner serves as a channel for universal life energy, allowing the infinite healing power of the universe (what some call God, Spirit, or Source) to flow through to the recipient. This energy helps restore balance, ease stress, and promote natural healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Kristin began her Reiki path in California, studying under one of the early Reiki Masters at a time when the practice was both intensive and deeply traditional. She immediately recognized the profound impact of this energy-healing modality and has shared its benefits ever since.

Today, Kristin is a Reiki Master and Teacher, offering Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki III (Master Level) training. Her instruction is heartfelt, thorough, and rooted in decades of experience.
